Our Service
The Needle Master provides expert, high-end alterations and couture-level garment adjustments. Each garment is individually assessed and handled with professional care, precision, and discretion.
All alteration work is undertaken based on the garment’s construction, fabric composition, and structural limitations.

General Terms & Conditions
Pricing & Estimates
All prices discussed at consultation are estimates only.
Final pricing may vary depending on:

Garment construction and complexity

Fabric type and delicacy
-
Internal structure and layers
-
Additional work identified during fittings
Any additional work will always be discussed before proceeding.
Deposits & Booking
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Work will only commence once:

The deposit has been received
-
The Customer Agreement has been signed
-
Verbal confirmation to proceed has been given
Fittings & Time Allocation
Some garments require multiple fittings.
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments and providing accurate timelines.
Fittings are dedicated, reserved appointments.
The client acknowledges that:

Significant time may be required for consultation and pinning

Appointment time is reserved exclusively for the client

Where extensive time is invested and the client does not proceed, time may be chargeable beyond the consultation fee
Payments
The remaining balance is due upon final fitting or collection.
Garments will only be released once full payment has been received.
Garment Limitations
All alterations are subject to the garment’s original construction, fabric condition, and previous workmanship.
While every care is taken, outcomes cannot be guaranteed where limitations exist.
Collection & Storage
Garments should be collected promptly once ready.
Items not collected within a reasonable timeframe may incur storage charges.
Liability
Liability is limited to the value of the alteration service provided.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, fabric deterioration, or factors beyond our control.
Agreement
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
A separate Customer Agreement must be signed before any work begins.
Bridal Alterations – Additional Terms
Due to the bespoke and time-intensive nature of bridal alterations:

Multiple fittings may be required to achieve the desired result

Timelines must be adhered to in order to complete work on schedule

Significant consultation, pinning, and design input form part of the service are chargeable

Once work has been agreed and commenced, changes may affect both cost and completion time
We kindly ask bridal clients to be fully committed to the process and to communicate openly throughout fittings to ensure the best possible outcome.
